The website does not create accounts or collect requests through its own forms. People may contact CPC directly by email or, when available, through contact forms provided by external platforms such as Meta. In those cases, Creator Privacy Check receives only the information voluntarily provided to handle the enquiry: email address, type of creator activity, general reason for the enquiry, service being considered, and confirmation that the person is an adult and is requesting a review of their own identity or content. If optional analytics are accepted, Google Analytics may record pages visited, navigation events, approximate country, browser, device and a cookie-based client identifier. Names, email addresses and other directly identifying data must not be sent to Analytics.
The Google Analytics tag loads only after explicit acceptance. If analytics are rejected, it does not load. Measurement helps CPC understand which pages are useful, journeys from guides to the audit service, document downloads and contact clicks. Advertising signals and personalisation remain disabled.
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare and perform a contract, issue invoices and comply with legal obligations. Requests received through external forms are used for the same purpose as enquiries sent directly by email: to respond to the request voluntarily initiated by the person. They are not used to subscribe anyone to marketing communications or for later advertising.
CPC works with public sources and within an authorised scope. It does not request passwords, account access or intimate files. Advertising forms must not be used to send 2FA codes, credentials, sensitive documents, private original content, payment information or sensitive case evidence. CPC does not maintain a database of audited content; retention is limited to signed contracts, invoices and the minimum evidence required for compliance.
Optional analytics are provided by Google. Technical and usage data are processed under Google's applicable terms and privacy safeguards. When Meta instant forms are used on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides the form infrastructure and may process the information entered under its own terms and privacy policy. Creator Privacy Check uses the information received solely to review the request and contact the interested person. Before payment, email or secure-delivery services are enabled, their providers, roles and any international transfers will also be documented.
Where applicable, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to contact@creatorprivacycheck.com. CPC applies data minimisation, restricted access, encryption where feasible and deletion according to documented retention periods.
